Look, I’m not here to comment on things that haven’t been made public yet. There are too many sites built on being “first” rather than being correct.

So can someone please tell me what’s going on in Michigan?

Here’s what we do know for a fact:

• University of Michigan Head Football Coach Sherrone Moore was fired this week with cause.
• Moore was taken into custody by local police and booked into the county jail on suspected assault charges
• The University said that Moore engaged in an “”inappropriate relationship with a staff member.”

The athletic department initially investigated the issue earlier in the fall, but only recently had enough evidence to proceed with Moore’s firing.

Prayers to all parties and victims, especially Moore’s wife and children. Here’s to hoping that all involved will receive justice (whatever that means).

Until more details come out, we’ll leave it with this. The facts are as stated above, and anything else is pure speculation until we hear from the University, Police Department, or Justice System.
